87 rods recorded 92 trout for the week for a rod average 1.0
Anglers reported all week they could see fish feeding but were difficult to temp. Corner of the stones into Green Bay anglers reported a good number of fish moving all week with fish caught from this area with either small black buzzer or fry in them.
In front of the main dam & again this week the mouth of the Markfield Arm were the other two main areas anglers reported seeing trout move.
The daddy on a floating line or floating fry, white booby or minkie booby on an intermediate caught best although anglers also caught on damsel, cats whisker, suspender buzzer & diawl bach
Dave Rossin fished the last 4 hour session with a daddy to take 4 fish, Trevor Pegg fished a Pearly Pheasant Tail & Humungus pattern to take his 5 trout, Mr Whyman managed 5 for his Sunday morning visit.
The largest concentration of fry can currently be found along the stones into green bay with trout to be seen feeding on them.
