Thornton opens on the 29th March for boat & Bank Fishing in line with the government road map out of lockdown
We have started with our pre season stocking with 4000 trout to be stocked by the first week April.
The lodges / shops are not expected to open before the 12th April we fully expect the 2m rule & social distancing to be a requirement when the shops open.
Pre booking & pre payment required, for track and trace we will require your contact number. I have taken the decision to suspend loyalty cards, if you have full loyalty cards they can still be used, I’m currently working on a solution for your part filled cards.
Throughout 2021 & I’m sure beyond we will be disinfecting boats & life jackets after every session & providing hand sanitiser at the lodge, booking in & out area & down on the pontoon, that has become one of the “new normal” activities for the fishery staff
In reality, no different from how we operated the fisheries last year. The guidelines we had in place worked well. Please refresh yourselves with our Covid operating procedures at each fishery.
