Our Local Angling Clubs
We are fortunate to have an angling club associated with each of our fisheries. Eyebrook Fly Fishers, Draycote Fly Fishers Association & Thornton Fly Fishers
Eyebrook Fly Fishers held their inaugural meeting on February 13th 2020, a month before covid put the country into a national lockdown & social distancing rules prevented the club from meeting. The club therefore has been in limbo ever since with just two interclub events organised with Thornton Fly Fishers & Draycote Fly Fishers during late 2021
The club now feels the time is right to move forward with Clive Moore EFF chairman arranging an AGM on Sunday 28th November at 11am. The AGM will be held at the Eyebrook lodge and is open to members who joined at the inaugural meeting and any new members. Their aim is to finalise club formation & arrange a winter programme along with fishing events during the 2022 season.
They hope to see you there, supporting this new club, Eyebrook Fly Fishers.
